Lewis Broad

Lewis Broad is the President and Director of Administration and Compliance for Hathersage.

In heading the company, Lewis brings with him nearly thirty years of experience in the financial markets. From November 1985 to January 1991, he was President and sole proprietor of Dunraven Securities Inc, a foreign exchange option brokerage and proprietary trading firm and member of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Prior to forming Dunraven, Lewis was employed as a market maker and as a specialist by Flynn, Reich & Company, an equity and equity option market making firm on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, from September 1983 to October 1985.

In addition to his active personal investment and venture capital activities, since January 1986 Lewis has served as a member of the board of directors of; DSP Communications Inc, a NYSE-listed manufacturer and marketer of proprietary digital signal processing technology for the cellular telephone market, from January 1992 to November 1999; Mitoric Trading Inc, an equity and index option trading firm operating on the American Stock Exchange, from February 1994 to December 1997; Vesta Corp, a privately held provider of fraud prevention services for credit card transactions, from January 1995 to July 2004; and Vyky Inc, a Nasdaq-listed provider of digital equipment for broadband cable and wireless internet access, from November 1999 to September 2008.

Lewis Broad received a BA in Economics from Cornell University and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
